PaddleFit is the ultimate strength & conditioning class on the water.  This will take paddleboard fitness to the next level.  An Introduction to SUP class or private lesson as well as a Paddling Technique class are recommended and encouraged prior to taking part in PaddleFit.  Classes are $35pp or BYOB for $25pp.  PaddleFit private training sessions are available for $100.  PaddleFit & SUP Yoga Season Memberships are available until April 1, 2018.  BYOB $299.  Board/Gear Rental $399 (24 classes are offered during the season).

Introduction to SUP:  The PaddleFit Basic session aka Introduction to SUP Fitness will introduce you to the sport of Stand Up Paddling (SUP).  Our coaches will teach you the fundamentals of SUP in a fun and safe environment.  PaddleFit Basic will help you build the foundation for your future paddling endeavors.  You will need to be comfortable in the water as well as be able to swim.  You do not need to have prior paddling experience to take this class.  Private Intro to SUP Session $65  Classes $45 per person.

PaddleFit Technique Clinic:  PaddleFit Tech is our paddling technique class and your first step in learning proper technique.  Learning proper technique is beneficial for many reasons including increased performance, injury prevention, making SUP a core workout and enhancing your environment of SUP.  During the hour lesson you will learn proper paddling fundamentals in a fun and friendly atmosphere.  No matter where you are on your SUP journey we will help you get on the path to paddling properly.  Private PaddleFit Technique Session $65  Technique Clinics (offered once a month) $65 per person.  BYOB $10 off clinics.

PaddleFit exists to teach people how to paddle with technique and efficiency. Paddling is only a core exercise when you paddle with certain technique.  In our PaddleFit classes we work on strengthening the core through various paddling drills as well as core & stability exercises.

SUP experience is required prior to taking a PaddleFit class.  Private lessons are offered for those individuals looking to learn the basics and for those looking to learn how to paddle with technique & efficiency.

SUP YOGA:  As if working out on the water couldn’t get any better….Try one of our SUP YOGA classes.  Dive deep with Missy Bagley while taking Yoga to the next level, on a SUP board.  BYOB $25pp or Rent Our Equipment for $35pp   BOOK NOW

2018 Spring Adult SUP League:  Begins April 4th @ 6pm and runs for 8 weeks.  BYOB $100.  League with gear rental $250.

2018 Summer Adult SUP League:  Begins June 6th @ 6pm and runs for 8 weeks.  BYOB $100.  League with gear rental $250.

2018 Summer Youth SUP League:  Begins June 6th @ 4:30pm and runs for 8 weeks.  BYOB $100.  League with gear rental $250.  Open to ages 12-17.

2018 Tega Cay Summer SUP Camp:   July 16th through 19th 9:30am – Noon.  $250.  Open to ages 6-11.

2018 Tega Cay Summer Teen SUP Camp:  July 16th through 19th, 12:30pm – 3pm.  $250.  Open to ages 12-17.


*All equipment & boards provided for classes & excursions.  Individuals must be able to swim.  Introduction to SUP is highly recommended & encouraged prior to participating in any fitness classes & excursions.*

    I’ve recently moved to Fort Mill area from Annapolis MD area and am looking for a SUP group. Can you please tell me more about your Adult SUP League and your kids SUP league? My family & I have been doing SUP in Annapolis for several years now (kids are 11 and 13) and we own an iSUP.
